1) Who is the developer of Corindi Beach Estate?

The developer is a Sydney based development company trading as Aminella Pty Limited & Tuta Products Pty Limited

2) How many allotments in the project and over what time will they be developed?

There will be 162 allotments in total within the development.  The total time of development is approximately 3 years.

The average allotment size is 600m².

4) How many allotments will be released in Stage three and four?

At this stage there are 35 allotments in Stage 3 which are currently selling and 40 allotments expected to be released in Stage Four in the future.

5) Are all allotments sold in Stages One and Two?

Yes they are all sold out.

6) What is the average price of the allotments being released in Stage 3?

The average allotment value is $144,000. 
With pricing ranging from $137,500 to $148,500.

7) Do I have to build on the land in a given period of time?

No.

8) Are there any building covenants or restrictions on building?

Yes there are.  Please find below the only restrictive covenants governing building within the estate.

1.1 - No building shall be erected from second hand materials.

1.2 - No structure of a temporary character, shall be used on any lot at any time other than a builders shed.

1.4 - No residential building shall be erected upon any lot having an area of less then 120 square metres.

1.6 - No mobile homes, relocated homes or caravans shall be placed or permitted to be placed on any lot.

How far is Corindi Beach from Coffs Harbour/Woolgoolga/Grafton?

Corindi Beach is located approx. 37km North of Coffs Harbour or a 30 minute drive.

Corindi Beach is located approx. 52km South of Grafton or a 30 minute drive.

10) What shops are close by?

Woolgoolga is only a 10 minute drive from Corindi Beach.  There is also a corner store in Corindi Beach which can assist with the necessities like milk, bread, ice creams etc.  The local tavern known as the Amble Inn also offers a good selection of meals.

11) Are there any plans to build another shop/supermarket in Corindi Beach?

Land has been zoned for this purpose but at this stage there are no plans to develop this land.

Stage 4 of the development will have allotments on a hill which may provide ocean views.

The Corindi Beach Primary School is located on Coral Street, Corindi Beach.  There is also a high school located in Woolgoolga.

14) Where will the foot access be to the beach/Pacific Street?

There is a footpath that will run along the edge of the public reserve heading east that will connect with Pacific Street.  This access point is located 50 metres to the corner store and 100 metres to the beach.

15) What services are provided to the land?

Sewerage, water, electricity and telephone supplied to each allotment within the subdivision.

16) Is there public transport that runs from Coffs Harbour to Corindi Beach?

Ryan’s Bus Service runs from Coffs Harbour to Corindi on a regular daily service.

On average the council rates for Corindi are $1,200.00

Yes.  Matthews Parade will join up with Coral Street and also run through stage four after future development.

21) Do I have to use one of these builders if I want to build in the estate?

No.  You can use a builder of your choice.

22) If I want to buy a house and land package who do I talk to first, the agent or the builder?

It is best that you talk with the builder first so that a house can be designed to work for the allotment you are interested in.  The builder will recommend an allotment that best suits your design and then you will come and speak with Rich McKeon at L J Hooker who can look after your land purchase.
